  Bottle Tree Park
Children Little Museum ^^

Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research

oh no i feel really cooped up at home and i think i am going to visit the doctor today. Dr Koh, our family doctor. i thought i was going to be better but to my disappointment, i just developed other symptoms this morning. like cough and stomach upset? no link. maybe some antibiotics would help. i finally realised that prevention is better than cure.

anyway, these few days at home were not spent away just like that, as in not wasted. while reading yesterday's newspapers i realised that there was this guy who was passionate about promoting our country to locals and also foreigners and therefore set up a website to highlight the different and unique places in singapore which we can visit. and i would really like to visit some places. some farms, parks and even walkabouts. last time we initially wanted to go to the Bottle Tree Park for a family picnic and outting. and i have never took a ride on the Singapore Flyer before. there used to be this promotion which i have missed out the other time. =( i am also interested in the various museums such as the Children Little Museum and the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research. imagine, what if those things were to come alive at night? HAHA! that is so night at the museum plot. and the best thing is that some places do not charge admission fees at all!! to sum it all up, the website is actually, http://www.myonlinetour.com/ and i would like to share some pictures of the attractions.

it's time milo go for his grooming session and shaving of his fur due to tangles and itches. but we are worried due to the fact that he always come home with post grooming injuries. as in they will "accidentally" cut his skin or something. then he will be really depressed for several days. and we cannot do much to help him. it is as though we are put in a 50-50 situation. neither here nor there. poor milo. no wonder he always dread bathing sessions at home. while searching for a better groomer or rather alternatives, marilyn came across a groomer which provides home service. so that means he/she will do the grooming for milo at our house then we can observe or rather monitor the whole grooming process and ensure that the groomer does not ill treat milo? and the good thing is that the package includes shaving milo's fur too and the rates are almost similar to the one where we send him for grooming at the grooming centres. so i called and asked about the exact rate for milo. it is $55. and mummy and daddy agreed to it! YIPEE! milo is gonna have a haircut and a nice nice bath!!!!! =)=)=)

the house is unusually quiet without mavis at home. she went for her primary 5 camp and is having a campfire at the campsite tonight. so we are invited to go for it. the best thing is that her campsite is just a stone's throw away from our house. it is held at the MOE dairy farm adventure campsite. we can just walk there. however, i think we will have to walk in. hmm, this reminds me of the campfire that we had during the secondary 3 camp. it was held at changi campsite and we were all super high! hahah! cheering non stop at the top of our voices. those were the fun times. we should be visiting her tonight. well, she texted mummy last night and complained that she was really tired but could not go to sleep as her hair was still wet from bathing. and mummy was worried sick. marilyn and i assured her that every thing would be fine. mavis is always being pampered and we would really want her to start learning and growing up by getting out of her comfort zone. so next time when aunty ask her to bath she will not delay and obey instructions. HAHA.

time to hunt for another job!! =(
